Refinery Development

- unique processing depth of 98% - all industry record. The enterprise ceased producing fuel oil and does not yield any oil residue, except target marketable coke for metallurgy;

- conveniently located in the center of the Urals Federal District on a developed logistic network, which enables to market oil products on its territory and in adjacent Districts;

- connected to the oil trunk pipeline of Transneft, JSC with total capacity of 7.2 MTPA with the increase up to 9 MTPA (specifications are given by Transneft, JSC);

Ecological Policy

The Environmental Policy was developed and put in place at LLC AHTUBANEFTEGAZ.

In the construction and revamping of its facilities LLC AHTUBANEFTEGAZ is guided by the principle of minimizing the impact of the enterprise production process on the environment; these issues are part and parcel of the enterprise’s business activity management system.

The senior management of LLC AHTUBANEFTEGAZ considers the reduction of the negative environmental impact as one of its strategic purposes in the planning of long-term and sustainable development.

- continuous reduction of the production environmental pressure;
-compliance by the Company with the applicable environmental laws and regulations;
-resource support of the environmental policy in the Company.

- continuous improvement and enhancement of the efficiency of the Environmental Management Administration System as part of the Integrated Management System;
-introduction of advanced technologies minimising the negative environmental impact;
-improvement/maintenance of the environmental characteristics of the products;
-employees environmental training and awareness;
-compliance with the environmental protection laws and regulations of the Russian Federation;
-reporting on the environmental protection to the employees of the Company and other parties concerned.

Currently, the functions of the Eco-Analytical Laboratory include:
- analysis of the natural (underground and surface) water (as part of the process control for the purpose of environmental protection);
-analysis of drinking water (as part of the process control for the purpose of compliance with the sanitary standards for potable water);
-analysis of all types of refinery process water for the purpose of on-line testing and control of the processes, as well as for ensuring the safe operation of the equipment and facilities;
-analysis of waste water and treated waste water (including biochemical technique) at all stages of treatment;
